Vendor Information


Greetings,

Summer is now upon us and we are looking forward to closing out the year on a very positive note. I have been working on creating a very special event. On November 14th & 15th at the Bally’s Event Center, we will be producing a benefit event to draw awareness to the Southern Nevada Adoption Exchange. This is an organization I feel very strongly about since my wife and I will soon become adoptive parents ourselves. As in all State of Nevada funded agencies, The Adoption Exchange funding has been greatly reduced. The children and teenagers of The Adoption Exchange need to know that there are people who care about their health, wellness, and happiness and that soon they will be a member of a loving and giving family that they can call their own.

It is my vision to make this a true educational event for all who attend. We will have aproximately 100 quality vendors in our show. We will show case vendors that would be essential in all stages of early parenting. From pre-natal through the toddler years, I want to create a venue that can answer every need. This will most defiantly be a “buying fair” for the attendees, and for the vendors. Proceeds from ticket sales and other parts of the event will go directly to the Southern Nevada Adoption Exchange. I am anticipating a large turn out due to the of the amount of advertising that we have planned. The event’s advertising campaign will begin in mid-August and will increase as the event nears. The campaign will be very aggressive to create awareness for The Adoption Exchange and the sponsors of this event.

I would like to invite you to participate in this very special event for a very worthy cause. Space will be limited by vendor type. I want all vendors to experience tremendous sales and interest in your products. Here is a brief list of all of the types of vendors that I want to participate. Other types of vendors will be considered, but all must fall into the guidelines of Babies-Fest.

Vendors are subject to approval of The Management of Babies Fest and will be limited by product.

The Management of Babies Fest will assign all booth space locations using a variety of predetermined factors. Requests for placement on corners end caps or other booth configurations, or to be near or next to other exhibitors, will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. All items displayed or sold at this event must be approved by the management of Babies Fest. We want to uphold the integrity that was intended for this event.

Booth space assignments will be made approximately 90 days prior to the show. Assignments will only be guaranteed on booths paid in full at time of contract. All vendors will be sent via email, a vendors expo information kit from Champion Expo Services no later than 60 days prior to the event.

The producers of Babies-Fest want to promote an open feel to the event. To help accomplish this, the producer is using a 3 ft. pipe and drape configuration. Having done this in past events, this has proven to be a very unique way to address the issues of “we are buried in the back and no one sees us” or “we can not tell if there is a lot of traffic in the center”. These comments and more are answered by using the shorter pipe and drape systems. This by no means suggests that all of your displays are 3 ft. and under. Bring your regular displays and a back drop for the taller ones. It will make the event more spacious and more festive. Signage poles can be ordered for a small additional cost and you can banner your booth. We can also help with the creation and printing of any banner for your booth. Babies Fest reserves the right to change the floor plan (including, but not limited to, aisle space) and booth assignments without notice to provide a more satisfactory attractive and successful exposition.
