The producers of Babies-Fest want to promote an open feel to the event. To help accomplish this, the producer is using a 3 ft pipe and drape configuration. Having done this in past events, this has proven to be a very unique way to address the issues of “we are buried in the back and no one sees us” or “we can not tell if there is a lot of traffic in the center”. These comments and more are answered by using the shorter pipe and drape systems. This by no means suggests that all of your displays are 3 ft. and under. Bring your regular displays and a back drop for the taller ones. It will make the event more spacious and more festive. Signage pole can be ordered for a small additional cost and you can banner your booth. We can also help with the creation and printing of any banner for your booth.
